President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated the Commissioner of Police, Usman Musa Shugaba, his Chief Police Security Officer (CPSO), on the occasion of his 45th birthday.

In a press release the President praised Shugaba’s professionalism, loyalty, and commitment to duty, describing his service as reflective of the finest traditions of the Nigeria Police Force.

President Tinubu commended Shugaba’s discipline, vigilance, and dedication to the security of the Presidency and the protection of national institutions.

He noted that his role has been critical in ensuring stability, order, and confidence around the Presidency.

“As you mark this new chapter, I commend your years of selfless service and sacrifice, and I thank you for the quiet but critical role you continue to play,” the President said.

The President wished the CPSO good health, strength, wisdom, and continued success in both his career and personal life, expressing hope that the years ahead would bring greater accomplishments in service to the nation.

Shugaba currently serves as the Chief Police Security Officer to the President, a position that places him at the centre of the presidential security architecture.
