Jigawa State Television (JTV) has commenced renovation work on its antenna in Andaza.

Speaking on behalf of the Managing Director of JTV, Alhaji Abba Tukur Gantsa, the team leader of the Lagos-based engineers, Engineer Obi Onya, pledged to execute the project diligently and with professionalism.

Engineer Onya said similar projects would be carried out on antennas at JTV sub-stations in three local government areas of the state. He listed the areas as Gumel, Hadejia, and Kazaure.

The Managing Director, represented by the Manager, Engineering Department, Malam Sha’aban Abubakar Tahir, explained that the project would significantly improve the station’s coverage.

Radio Nigeria reports that the Managing Director was accompanied during the visit by the Manager, News and Current Affairs, Alhaji Shu’aibu Aliyu.
