The eight day retreat for Chairman elect in Niger state Commissioners designate and Special Advisers of Governor Umar Bago organized by the state Government has been impactful and result oriented.

Special Adviser Political and Strategy to the Governor, Malam, Mohammed  Nma Kolo who stated this in a telephone interview with our Correspondent in Minna, the Niger state capital, is of the opinion that education is power.

Mohammed Nma Kolo explained that the retreat by some seasoned resource persons has now doubt broaden their knowledge and will prepare them well for the challenges ahead towards achieving the desired objective.

He said with the new knowledge acquired, what the people of Niger state should expect from, new Chairmen elect, Commissioners designate, Special Advisers and Permanent Secretaries is effective service delivery and good governance, that would fast track the process of attaining a New Niger, where speedy development thrive.

Mohammed Nma Kolo who commended Governor Mohammed Umar Bago of Niger state for organizing the week long retreat, in line with his vision of achieving the New Niger Agenda, however maintained that with their level of preparedness they are ever ready to contribute their quota positively towards ensuring its success, which he said is a reality.

The Special Adviser Political and Strategy also appealed to Niger lites to as a matter of urgency continue to support and pray for the success of Governor Bago led administration in his determination to transform the state to a world class, that can compete favorably with any state in Nigeria.
