Speaker of the Kaduna State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Yusuf Dahiru Liman, has congratulated Nigerians on the nation’s 65th Independence anniversary, describing the day as a moment of unity, reflection, and renewed commitment to national progress.

In his goodwill message, Speaker Liman said Nigeria’s journey since independence has been defined by resilience, diversity, and limitless potential.

He said Nigeria has remained steadfast in its pursuit of peace, prosperity, and growth despite numerous challenges.

According to him, the anniversary presents an opportunity for Nigerians to honor the sacrifices of the nation’s founding fathers and heroes who laid the foundation for democracy and freedom.

He maintained that the best way to preserve their legacy is by working collectively to overcome present challenges and to build a more prosperous future.

The Speaker urged citizens to use the celebration as a time of reflection and prayers for the country.

Hon.Yusuf Liman calls for continued support for leaders at all levels of government.

Liman highlighted  some of Governor Uba Sani’s administration achievement saying it has delivered impactful projects across rural and urban communities.

The  Speaker expressed optimism that such strides would accelerate development in the state and serve as a model for others.

“As we celebrate, let us embrace our diversity, recommit ourselves to unity, and uphold the spirit of service,” the Speaker urged.

He stressed that fostering opportunities and promoting peace among citizens are critical to unlocking Nigeria’s true potential.

The Speaker concluded by expressing hope that Nigeria will continue to rise as a beacon of hope and strength in Africa.

He wished Nigerians a joyous 65th Independence Day celebration, praying for continued progress, unity, and prosperity for the nation.
