Newly appointed Senior Special Assistants have been urged to be fair and just in carrying out their duties in Auyo Local Government Area of Jigawa State.

The Chairman of Auyo Local Government Council, Alhaji Binyaminu Ahmad Adamu Kafur, gave the charge during the inauguration ceremony of 69 Senior Special Assistants and Personal Assistants held in Auyo.

Alhaji Binyaminu Kafur reaffirmed the council’s commitment to work hand in hand with stakeholders toward the provision of social amenities and infrastructure to ensure that dividend of democracy reach the nooks and crannies of the area.

He called on the people not to relent in offering prayers to enable leaders succeed in the implementation of policies and programs that will uplift their living condition.

Also speaking, Alhaji Umar Jura, commended the council Chairman for appointing the right people to serve during his tenure.

He called on the appointees to cooperate and work diligently to justify the confidence reposed in them.

Speaking on behalf of the appointees, Malam Yakubu Muhammad Auyo and former sole administrator Mika’ila Auyo, thanked the council chairman for finding worthy to serve in that capacity.

They also pledged their cooperation towards achieving the desired objectives.
