Pilgrims from Kaduna State currently performing the Hajj pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia have held a special prayer session at Arafat, interceding for the administration of Governor Uba Sani and seeking divine guidance for his leadership, particularly beyond 2027.

The prayers, led by the Kaduna State Amirul Hajj, His Royal Highness Alhaji Ya’u Usman Shehu, focused on the Governor’s success in implementing impactful policies that promote development, unity, and lasting peace in the state.

According to the Public Relations Officer of the Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency, Yunusa Mohammed Abdullahi, the session also featured prayers for Nigeria’s leaders.

He said the Amirul Hajj urged pilgrims to pray to Allah for wisdom and strength for those in authority, especially as they confront the nation’s pressing challenges.

The Chairman of the Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency, Malam Salihu Abubakar, charged all state-appointed Hajj officials to serve with diligence and the fear of Allah.

He emphasized that their commitment and sacrifices would be divinely rewarded.

Abubakar also encouraged pilgrims to continue cooperating with officials to ensure a smooth and successful Hajj operation.

Joining the prayer session were prominent Islamic clerics, including Sheikh Halliru Maraya, a member of Governor Uba Sani’s Special Committee, along with other scholars, all of whom led heartfelt supplications for peace, security, and prosperity in Kaduna State and the nation at large.

Pilgrims expressed strong faith that their spiritual devotion would attract divine blessings and bring about positive transformation in their homeland.
