Chairman of Maigatari Local Government, Alhaji Usman Muhammad Na Allah, has sworn in newly appointed Supervisory Councillors and Special Advisers.

The oath of office was administered by Barrister Babani Musa, Chief Magistrate of the Maigatari Magistrate Court, during a solemn ceremony attended by community leaders, government officials, and members of the public.

In his address, Chairman Alhaji Usman Muhammad Na Allah congratulated the appointees and emphasized the importance of integrity, dedication, and service in their new roles.

He urged them to work closely with the people to ensure the successful implementation of developmental programs and policies across the local government.

The Chairman reiterated that his administration remains committed to transparency, accountability, and inclusive governance. He called on all appointees to see their roles not as privileges, but as responsibilities to serve the people of Maigatari with honesty and distinction.

The swearing-in marks a new phase in the administration’s commitment to effective service delivery and increased public participation in local governance. The newly sworn-in officials are expected to assume their duties immediately.
