Governor Malam Umar Namadi has donated 2 million naira to the families of two deceased members of the Hunter’s Council of Nigeria, Jigawa State Chapter, Sabo Laminu Birniwa and Ibrahim Musa Birnin Kudu, who died while serving the state.

The donation, presented by the Secretary to the State Government through the Permanent Secretary, Alhaji Abdullahi Sa’idu, was described not as compensation but as a token of support and solidarity from the state government.

In his message, Malam Bala Ibrahim, the SSG, conveyed the government’s condolences and emphasized the importance of standing with families during difficult times.

He encouraged the recipients to utilize the assistance wisely.

Musa Ibrahim, son of the late Ibrahim Musa, expressed gratitude on behalf of his family, while the Deputy Commander of the Hunter’s Council, Muhammad Idris, also appreciated the state’s support and prayed for the deceased.

The Hunter’s Council of Nigeria, Jigawa State Chapter, lauded the Governor’s gesture, describing it as a compassionate move that will be long remembered by the community.
