The Director General, National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Brigadier General Olakunle Oluseye Nafiu has called on youths to reciprocate the efforts of their families, institutions of learning and government by being good ambassadors throughout the orientation exercise.

The Director General made this call at a familiarization visit to the 2025 Batch ‘A’ stream one Orientation Course of the NYSC held at the Temporary camp in Kaduna.

The twenty-third DG of the scheme encouraged corps members to uphold the essence of the scheme and shun frivolous activities both on camp and the social media.

He further urged them to rather pay attention to the Skills Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development (SAED) programme which is able to make them self reliant.

He pledged a donation of fans and deep freezers to cushion some challenges on camp and additional cows for Corps members delight.

State Coordinator of the scheme, Mrs. Efeke Murna Dadaza said combine efforts of government security agencies have been providing top-notch security for Corps members and officials while on camp.

She further appreciated the Kaduna State government and the Director General for their unwaivering support for the scheme.

There was display of cultural dance by corps members to grace the occasion.
