A Non Governmental Organization NGO, Jam’iyyatu Tukaful Aytam has called on Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State to establish a skills acquisition center in Barnawa and other part of the state to reduce youth restiveness.

The President of the NGO, Malama Rabi’atu Adam Isma’il made the call while flagging off the distribution of food items to orphans held at the association’s office in Barnawa.

She explained that establishing a skills acquisition center would enable them to train youths in various skills, thereby benefiting the less privileged and deterring them from involvement in drugs and thuggery.

Mallama Rabi’atu Adam Isma’il also appealed to Kaduna South Local Government and the state government to support these associations financially base on their contribution to their community.

In her address during the occasion, the leader of Nisa’us Sunnah in Barnawa Mallama Amina Namadi explained that the Takaful Aytam spent fourteen years taken care of orphans by sponsoring their school fees, skills acquisition, feeding, clothing and presently many were graduated.

Some of the beneficiaries Hauwa Usman and Usman Bala applauded the association and pray Allah to grant them paradise.

Jam’iyyatu Tukaful Aytam distributed food items and clothes to orphans and the less privileged during the occasion.
