Chief of the Air Staff, Air Vice Marshal Hassan Bala Abubakar has visited frontline troops of joint task force-Operation Hadin Kai, North-east, in the spirit of Eid-el-Kabir celebration.
In a statement by spokesperson of the force, Air Commodore Ayodele Famuyiwa, the CAS attributes recent operational successes to the combined efforts of the air and surface forces, which he notes, would not have been possible without the selflessness, sacrifices and devotion of the troops and their families.
The statement also attributes the high synergy among military services and other security agencies to be largely responsible for the recent successful outcomes recorded across the various theatres of operations in the country.
It notes that the CAS’ visit to the theatre in company of his Army counterpart, Major General Taoreed Lagbaja to celebrate with the troops is an indication of the enhanced synergy about to be infused into future operations.
The statement urges troops to ensure that the synergy cascades down to the tactical level of operations through proper co-ordination, collaboration, and co-operation in future efforts.
