The All Progressives Congress APC Governorship candidate in Niger state Alh Umar Mohammed Bago has expressed satisfaction over the peaceful conduct of voters throughout the state during the Governorship and State House of Assembly elections.
He was speaking after casting his vote at polling unit 011 in Tswashagi Raba, Bida Local Government Council of the state.
Alh Umar Mohammed Bago maintained that the election was peaceful, orderly transparent, free and fair as well as applauded INEC for attaining that feat.
He also described as highly commendable the early arrival of electoral materials,and INEC officials to the election venue describing it as appropriate and timely.
Alh Umar Mohammed Bago also expressed gratitude to voters for their peaceful conduct, attributing the large turnout in the area to awareness creation.
The APC Gubernortorial Candidate enjoined them to be patient, law-abiding and respect constituted authority in the interest of peace and national development.
