Federal University Dutse says the Independent Corrupt Practices and other Related Offences Commission ICPC has ranked the university first in ethics and integrity among the federal universities in Nigeria.
This was contained in a statement made available to Radio Nigeria in Dutse by the Chief Information Officer, Federal University Dutse Alhaji Abdullahi Yahaya Bello.
He said the institution was ranked first among all the Federal universities in Nigeria and second among agencies and parastatals under the Ministry of Education.
He said, the university was ranked the seventh nationwide among all the ministries, departments, agencies and extra-ministerial departments.
Alhaji Abdullahi Yahaya Bello further explained that, the Vice Chancellor, Professor Abdulkarim Sabo Mohammed congratulated the staff and students for achieving this feat , adding that this achievement cannot be recorded without the support and cooperation of the entire university.
He commended the resilience and competence of the FUD’s Anti-Corrpuption and Transparency Unit for doing a wonderful job of ensuring that the university comply with all the requirements of ICPC.
