The editor in chief, PRNigeria Dr. Sule Ya’u Sule has charged staff to keep up with their good work, of publishing factual stories especially in the area of investigative stories.

Dr. Sule stated this during a media briefing as part of activities of this year’s IMPR Staff Retreat, which holds annually in Kano.

He explained that, other mainstream news outlets rely on them especially on security and defence issues in Nigeria.

The editor in chief commended the agency, for the strides they have recorded in disseminating factual and authoritative reportage on Nigeria’s defence and security terrain, together with other critical national sectors.

“We have branded and established ourselves. And other media organisations rely on us to get their stories, especially on security.”

Dr.Ya’u Sule expressed satisfaction over some other outstanding achievements recorded by IMPR in the outgoing year, recalling how targets were set in 2021 ahead of this year.

Radio Nigeria reports that ,A book titled, “National Security Strategies: A Young Writer’s Perspectives,” highlighting the humanitarian situations in Kagara, Niger State, and Chonoko, Kebbi State, written by a staff reporter, Mukhtar Ya’u Madobi, was also unveiled at the occasion.
