A PDP Stalwart in Zamfara State, Honourable Sani Ibrahim Alti has pleaded with the National Secretariat of the party to salvage the state chapter from loosing candidate in Kaura Namoda/Birnin Magaji federal constituency during the forthcoming 2023 general election.
Sani Alti an aspirant of the constituency who secured Federal High Court judgment that nullifies primary election that produced Honourable Sani Umar Dan-galadima as the PDP candidate of the constituency revealed this during a press briefing in Gusau saying, National leaders of the party needs to wade in to ensure conduct of fresh primary election as ordered by the Court.
He noted that, the party was yet to conduct the election and only two days remain to the elapse of the 14 days given by the Court.
Sani Alti lamented that until something urgently is done, the party stand to lose candidate in Kaura Namoda Birnin Magaji federal constituency.
He therefore appealed to the party to come to their aid.
