Arewa Stakeholders Consultative Circles has called on President Muhammadu Buhari to relieve the nation’s service chiefs as they failed to save Nigerians.

In a communique signed by the Chairman Mr. Sharu Nastura and nine members of the group after an emergency meeting in Kaduna, says enough of the killings of civilians in Borno State and the Northern part of Nigeria.

The group lamented that the killings almost on a daily basis was a testimony that the troops stationed across the trouble areas are overwhelmed and the strategy’s currently in operation is not adequate.

They emphasized the needs of total overhauling of the nation security architecture and robust intelligence gathering as component of war against insecurity.

The group was convinced that for the troops to succeed in their assignment active inter agencies collaboration with communities is key.

They commiserated with people and government of Borno State, particularly the families of the farmers who loss their lives.
