The All Progressives Congress APC has made passionate appeal to the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC , to extent the Permanent Voter Card Registration deadline to enable People who are yet to register take part in the upcoming 2023 Elections.

North west Zonal Publicity Secretary of the Party, Musa Mailafiya Mada made the call in Kaduna while reacting to complaints that thousands of eligibile people are still struggling at various points to be registered.

Mallam Musa Mailafiya Mada said the large turned out of people still at the INEC office in Kaduna and various other centres was an indication that many people will not be registered if the commission insist on closing the registration this Sunday.

He said the zonal secretariat has carried out adequate mobilization for the registration and appreciate the number of people turning out to be registered to acquire the Permanent Voter Card

Mallam Musa Mailafiya Mada said the meeting reviewed performances as regard mobilization of Voters to register and appreciates States of the zone for excellent performance.

He however called on all those who registered not to leave the Permanent Voter Cards with INEC but go back and collect their cards.
