The Speaker of Zamfara State House of Assembly Alh Nasiru Mu’azu Magarya has expressed satisfaction over the successful conduct of this year’s Hajj
Alhaji Nasiru Muazu Magarya who is also the State Amirul Hajj, stated this to journalists in Makkah while commending the exemplary conduct of the state pilgrims
He said Zamfara State had not witnessed any unfortunate incident among its pilgrims, stressing that all the pilgrims have been law-abiding and peaceful.
Alhaji Nasiru Muazu Magarya equally commended members of the Amirul Hajj team and officials of the state pilgrims welfare board for working as a team for the successful conduct of this year’s Hajj.
According to him, no pilgrim from the state Lost his life while in the holy land except those who were hospitalized and treated for various diseases.
While expressing optimism over the ongoing airlift operation of the state pilgrims back home,
the Amirul Hajj called on pilgrims to remain calm as the exercise is progressing steadily.
