Kauru Emirate Council, in Kaduna State, has expressed satisfaction with the appointment of Malam Muhammad Sani Suleiman (Danburan Kauru) as the council’s Secretary by the State Local Government Service Board.
The report says no doubt the appointee will use his vast experience to properly steer the affairs of the Emirate Council towards a greater height.
In a welcome address, the Emir of Kauru Alh Zakari Ya’u Usman represented by the Danmasanin Kauru Alh Umar Abubakar during the handover and assumption of duty meeting describes the new secretary as a seasoned human resource expert who will bring a unique set of skills to derive the effective change that the emirate council has been seeking.

Speaking, the new secretary Mal Sani Suleiman expressed appreciation to the Emir, the people of the Emirate Council and the State Government for finding him worthy of the appointment.
” It gives me pleasure to meet with you all on this auspicious day, a day that marks my assumption of office as the new council’s secretary” he explained.
The Danburan Kauru who solicited support and guidance from the staff of the council and the people emphasized that he had always taken a great interest and a commitment and appreciation for the tradition.
Radio Nigeria reports that the newly appointed Secretary is a chartered human resource expert with more than 18 years of experience which cut across the education, manufacturing and aviation sector of the Nigerian economy.
Malam Muhammed Sani Suleiman, an Alumnus of Usman Danfodio University, Sokoto in Political science started his working Career with Kauru Local Government Education Authority (2004-2006).
Throughout his career, he has worked as a Human Resources officer in Savannah Sugar Company Yola, Adamawa and Abuja Liaison Officer of Savannah Sugar Company Limited (Dangote Group Division) at Abuja.
He was also a Human Resources Business Partner, Supervisor of Ground Handling Operations of Nigeria Aviation Handling Company PLC NAHCO Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Abuja.
Danburan Kauru resigned his previous appointment as Human Resource Manager in the NAHCO at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja with effect from 1st July this year to take charge of the present appointment in Kauru Emirate Council.
The new secretary attended various Human Resource courses in performance Management, HR Metrics and Analysis, Human Resources Business partnering, Labour and employment Laws, as well as Forums & conference organised by Chartered institute of personal Management of Nigeria Lagos and Nigerian Centre for Management Development CMD.
