As Nigerlites join other Nigerians to celebrate Democracy Day Governor Abubakar Sani Bello of Niger state has asked leaders at all levels to depart from usual rhetoric and seek pragmatic solution to the challenges of governance in order not to undermine and endanger the hard earned democracy in Nigeria.

He stated this in a statement signed and issued to Newsmen in Minna by his Chief Press Secretary Mrs Mary Noel Berje.

Alh Abubakar Sani Bello acknowledged the fragility of the country’s democracy and expressed the need for leaders to pre occupy themselves with how to ensure its survival and use it to better lives of Nigerians.

According to him there is the need to re invent the wheel of governance that will drive Nigeria to the promised land.

Alh Abubakar Sani Bello maintained that ‘we must concentrate on discussing solutions to the problems threatening the corporate existence of Nigeria to achieve meaningful results’

While congratulating citizens for the seamless transition of democratic government from one administration to another the Governor charged Nigerians to look into the future with renewed hope and optimism.
