Shehu Abdullahi attributed the rise on cases of family matters to economic challenges, where men intentionally or unintentionally neglect family responsibility.

“Generally you can understand that family matters has taken a large number of complaints we recieve , this is not showing well of how our family system is being governed”

Shehu Abdullahi explained the need for government to review policies that will address economic challenges to move the nation forward.

He maintained that, philanthropists and wealthy individuals have a vital role to play by assisting the less privileged in the society through empowerment and other programs aimed at alleviating poverty.

“Empowerment programs, monetary policies and other aspects of national development policies should be adopted in order to reduce the issue of economic crisis facing the nation”

The coordinator said, alternative dispute resolution has contributed immensely to logical conclusion of some cases received by the agency.
