The Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission-EFCC, Mr. Abdulrasheed Bawa, has urged the youths to support the Commission’s fight against corruption to make the country better.

Mr Bawa made the call while addressing Corps members at the NYSC Orientation Camp in Edu Local Government Area of Kwara State.

Represented by the Head, Public Affairs Department, Ilorin Zonal office of the Commission, Mr Ayodele Babatunde, the EFCC chairman urged the youths not to be mere spectators in the anti-graft campaign.

He advised them to be foot soldiers of the fight by becoming change agents and help mould the minds of the younger ones in schools.

Mr Bawa explained that the actions of a number of young persons who found themselves in positions of authority had shown that the youth themselves are not immune from corruption.

The EFCC boss noted that some of them have surpassed the older generation in the manipulation of the system to feather their own nests.
