President Muhammadu Buhari has sworn-in the new Head of Civil Service, Dr Folashade Yemi-Esan.
The swearing in ceremony which took place at the Council Chamber of the State House just before commencement of the weekly Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting was witnessed by the Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo and cabinet ministers as well as presidential aides.
The president had on Friday confirmed Yemi-Esan as Head of the Civil Service of the Federation and also approved the retirement of Mrs. Winifred Oyo-Ita.
Until her new appointment, she was the Acting Head of Civil Service, a position she assumed since Sept. 18, 2019.
