Member of the House of Representatives for Jema’a/Sanga Federal Constituency, Mr. Daniel Amos, has called on Nigerians to remain hopeful and united in the face of the economic and social challenges confronting the country.
Amos, in an Independence Day message to his constituents, acknowledged the difficulties being experienced by many families, noting that young people are seeking opportunities while communities continue to demand improved roads, security, jobs, education and healthcare.
The lawmaker said he remained committed to representing the interests of his constituents in the National Assembly, particularly through legislation and policies aimed at improving the lives of ordinary Nigerians.
According to him, Nigeria’s independence comes with a responsibility for citizens to contribute to the development of the country.
“Our Independence is more than a celebration. It is a responsibility. Nigeria belongs to all of us. Let us reject division, embrace one another, support our communities and continue to believe in the possibility of a better nation,”
“I encourage us to support the development efforts of our President, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, our amiable Governor Uba Sani, CON, and our great party, the APC, as we work, collectively, towards a more secured, prosperous and inclusive Nigeria” he said.
Amos also thanked the people of Jema’a/Sanga Federal Constituency for their trust and the opportunity to serve them, extending his goodwill to women, men, youths, elders and children in the constituency.
