Over One thousand Orphans and Widows have received Ramadan and Sallah gift from Nasara Foundation in kebbi State.

The Chief Press Secretary to the First Lady of Kebbi State, Khadijat Saidu made this known in a statement issued to newsmen in Birnin Kebbi, the state capital

According to the statement, the gesture was meant to brought smiles to the faces of a total of 1,000 orphans and widows in Kangiwa town, as part of its Ramadan and Sallah celebrations in Kebbi state.

It added that, the foundation, was founded by Hajia Zainab Nasare Nasir Idris, the First Lady of the State, adding that the items distributed include Sallah clothes to the orphans and bags of rice to widows, to enable them to celebrate sallah festival with joy and happiness in their community.

The team, led by Alhaji Abdulrasheed Bala, State Coordinator of the foundation, delivered a message from the First Lady, emphasizing the importance of kindness and generosity during this festive period.

According to him, the noble initiative is part of Hajia Zainab’s efforts to ensure everyone enjoys the festive period, regardless of their background adding that, the foundation’s selfless acts have been making a significant impact in the lives of the less privileged.

Some of the beneficiaries have expressed their happiness and gratitude to Almighty God the founder of the foundation Hajia Zainab Nasare and the NASARA Foundation team for their kindness and thoughtfulness.
