Taraba State Governor, Dr Agbu Kefas, has officially registered as a member of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in the state.
The Governor received his membership card from his ward chairman at Hospital Ward in Wukari Local Government Area.
Governor Kefas assured residents that his administration would transform the state, run an all-inclusive government, and deepen democratic governance.
He said a new date for his formal defection to the APC would be announced later.
The Governor had earlier planned to defect to the APC on November 19, 2025, but postponed the event following the abduction of schoolgirls in Kebbi State.
