The Kaduna Capital School Old Students Association, KADCAPSOSA has presented one hundred three- seater students’ chairs donated by Minister of Agriculture senator Abubakar Kyari to the school as part of efforts to improve learning condition of pupils.

Presenting the chairs to the school on behalf of the Minister, Mallam Ibrahim Tanimu Saulawa said the gesture became necessary to ease and improve the learning condition of pupils and also give back to the school. In her remarks, president of the association Hajiya Rabi Musa Saulawa, said the gesture reflects the commitment of the association towards supporting infrastructural development in the school.

Hajiya Rabi Saulawa while thanking the minister for the kind donation, said the intervention would ease the challenges faced by pupils due to inadequate classroom furniture.

Receiving the chairs, principal of the school Mallam Yahaya Nuhu expressed appreciation to the association for the continued support, describing the donation as timely and impactful. He assured that the chairs would be deployed immediately to improve pupils’ comfort and enhance the learning environment. Representative of the commissioner of Education, Hajiya Khadija Ardido commended the association for their commitment in complementing government’s efforts in providing quality education in the state.

Also speaking, Chairman of Kaduna capital school management board Mallam Abubakar Tanko said the donated facilities would greatly enhance and promote good learning and teaching atmosphere. It would be recalled that the association had earlier awarded one hundred and twenty eight scholarships, fifty three-seater benches, three solar powered boreholes, and twenty five white boards to the school.
