The leadership of the FRCN Kaduna Pensioners’ Association may face suspension over alleged incompetence.

National President of the FRCN Union of Pensioners, Alhaji Ibrahim Ahmad Jikamshi, gave this indication in an interview in Kaduna.

Alhaji Ibrahim Jikamshi, who met with five members of the Association, expressed disappointment over the absence of the Chairman, Alhaji Bara’u Kaya, and the Secretary, Huseini Wuya, at the meeting despite being duly invited.

He further stated that a one-week notice had been issued to the two executive members to present records of monthly meetings and the association’s financial statements, warning that failure to comply would attract sanctions.

According to him, a caretaker committee may be set up if the accused officials fail to honour the one-week ultimatum.
