President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated the Governor of Gombe State, Alhaji Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya, on the occasion of his birthday.
Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, in a statement, said the President joined the governor’s family, friends, and political associates in celebrating his life of service and the milestones recorded in Gombe State since he assumed office in 2019.
Mr. Onanuga quoted the President as commending Governor Yahaya for his remarkable achievements in infrastructure, education, and healthcare including the construction and renovation of over 600 classrooms, upgrade of five legacy secondary schools, improved performance in external examinations, and the establishment of fully functional primary healthcare centres across the state’s 114 wards.
President Tinubu also lauded the governor’s commitment to the ideals of the Renewed Hope Agenda by prioritising the welfare of the people and wished him continued good health and strength to sustain the delivery of good governance to the people of Gombe.
