The National Population Commission-NPC says the adoption of digital approach to the upcoming housing and population census would enhance the credibility and reliability of the data collected.

Federal Commissioner representing Kaduna State at the Commission, Hajiya Sa’adatu Garba Dogonbauchi stated this in Jema’a LGA, in continuation of her state-wide sensitization visit on the upcoming exercise.

Hajiya Sa’adatu Garba Dogonbauchi explained that the public awareness and sensitization visit was paramount for effective policymaking and resource allocation.

She noted that the visit was aimed at mobilizing key community leaders and ensuring widespread public awareness and support for the census exercise at the grassroots level.

In a remark Executive Chairman of Jema’a LGA, Peter Dogara advocated for robust collaboration between the Council and the NPC, while urging all stakeholders to actively participate in the process.
