President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has paid glowing tribute to his wife, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, on the occasion of her 65th birthday.

In a heartfelt message, the President described the First Lady as his “steadying anchor” whose quiet strength and enduring grace have been a source of support through years of personal and political challenges.

Highlighting her role beyond that of a wife, President Tinubu noted that Senator Oluremi Tinubu has been his confidant, counsellor, and a guiding light for their children and grandchildren, as well as a model of compassion and faith to the nation.

He acknowledged her sacrifices and contributions, saying Nigeria owes her gratitude for the burdens she has borne silently and the support she has rendered to his leadership journey.

“As your President, I salute you as the First Lady whose warmth and empathy continue to touch millions of lives across our land. And as your lifelong companion, I say that I love you more than ever, and am blessed every day by your presence,” he said.

The President prayed for her continued joy, peace, and fulfilment in the years ahead, while celebrating her as both a devoted partner and a national figure.

Senator Oluremi Tinubu, who serves as Nigeria’s First Lady, clocks 65 today, September 21, 2025.
