According to him, to ensure a peaceful by-election, INEC has relocated five polling units in Munya to safer grounds which includes  Beni, Dangunu, Kabula, Kazai and Kuchi stressing that they have adopted the same strategy in the twenty twenty three election which he said was a huge success.

On the use of BVAS, Ahmed Yusha’u Garki said they were fully charged, configured and activated in readiness for the election, insisting that it will give optimal performance on the election day to achieve maximum results, and implored the electorate to come out enmmase to vote for credible leaders of their choice.

Adamu Abdullahi Elleman who promised to provide an enabling environment for all to exercise their franchise maintained that they will not compromise any breakdown of law and order both before during and after the conduct of this Saturday’s by-election.

Chairman Inter Party Advisory Committee IPAC, Isa Mohammed Bello Maikujeri, expressed confidence with the entire process, saying that both the INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner in charge of Niger state and Commissioner of Police are people of proven track record and assured of their support to ensure a peaceful election.
