Kaduna state Governmen reassured commitment towards ensuring amicable resolution of Land disputes across the state.

Director General Kaduna State Geographic Information Service Dr Bashir Ibrahim Garba made this known shortly after a meeting with Land owners, community leaders and farmers in Kaduna.

Dr Bashir Ibrahim Garba said previouse goernment alocated land to companies and individuals witout proper documentation.

He called on people of the state especially those affected to excercise patient and support the state goernment through KADGIS For it is effort to resolve all land disputes for the socieo economic development of the state.

Dr Bashir Ibrahim Garba explained that most of land owners agreed to alow farmers to use the land for this years farming season.

He encouraged them not to take law into their hand and alow KADGIS Staff carry out their assingment to better their livingg condition.

According to him Kaduna state government plan to provide site for Farming and compensation to Farmers were neccessary.

He pleaded with them to avoid conflict and resolve issues peacefully,

Dr Bashir Ibrahim Garba added that the state government is working towrds that direction.
