The Chairman of JIBWIS Giwa LGA in Kaduna state Alhaji Abdulhamid (Adubi Allah), has called on the people to extend their support to Islamic scholars beyond the holy month of Ramadan.

He made the appeal during the closing ceremony of this year’s Ramadan Tafsir at JIBWIS Central Mosque, Giwa.

Alhaji Abdulhamid stressed that the guidance and teachings of scholars are essential throughout the year, not just during Ramadan.

He urged the community to continue valuing and assisting religious leaders in spreading Islamic knowledge and fostering moral values in society.

In his remarks, the Shatiman Giwa, Malam Ibrahim Mustafa, challenged wealthy individuals in the community to contribute more towards the success of religious activities.

He highlighted the importance of their role in ensuring that Islamic teachings reach a wider audience and help strengthen the faith of the people.

Malam Ibrahim Mustafa also expressed deep gratitude to the scholars and Alarammas for their tireless efforts throughout the holy month.

He acknowledged their dedication in delivering tafsir sessions, which provided valuable insights and guidance to the Muslim faithful.

The event was attended by religious leaders, community elders, and devoted worshippers, all of whom reaffirmed their commitment to supporting Islamic scholars and maintaining the spirit of Ramadan beyond the fasting period.
