According to him, the best way to deepen this relationship was through a meeting like this where we can hear from each other.

“I look forward to hear from you on what you are doing to strengthen religious cooperation between communities, educational opportunities and work skills opportunities for your people.

“What the U.S. could be doing to develop more ties and what steps we could take to deepen our ties,” Mills said.

Bamalli hoped that the Window on America would be stepping stone for better opportunities between United States,. Zazzau emirate and Kaduna state.

He noted that the emirate has a long term relationship with the U.S embassy adding that delegations from the embassy used to attend the end of Ramadan Durbar at Zaria.

“However that has stopped for some years due to insecurity. But we can say peace has returned to our communities.
