Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN), Kaduna 1 Branch, has elected new officials to oversee its affairs for the next two years.
During the inauguration ceremony, the Chairman of the Branches and Benevolence Committee, Dr. Richard Tonye Apiri, urged the officials to lead by example and adhere strictly to the association’s rules and regulations.
The outgoing executives were returned unopposed as the newly inaugurated officials.
In his acceptance speech, the Chairman of the Association, Yunusa Danbala Labaran, FCNA, pledged to prioritize relationship-building with stakeholders as part of efforts to elevate the association to greater heights in Kaduna.
The inaugurated officials include Hassan Zubairu Muhammad of FRCN Kaduna as the Publicity Secretary, Adamu Abubakar Ina as the Financial Secretary, and Mrs. Wasilatu Yusuf as the Treasurer.
Others are the Assistant Secretary, Ibrahim Ladan; Shinkut Trust Iliya, the Secretary General; and Joseph Danlami, the Vice Chairman.
The inauguration took place at the Auditor Generals office near Barau Dikko Specialist Hospital in Kaduna.
