The Kano state Government has Re-Instated Alhaji Sanusi Lamido Sanusi as the Emir of Kano.
Governor Abba Kano Yusuf Disclosed that while breafing journalist shortly after ascending to the reviewed Emirate Bill.
He said the gesture was aimed at restoring the lost glory of the Kano Emirate Council.
The Governor directed all the affected Emirs to vacate the palaces and submit all government belongings in their possession within 48 hours to the Commissioner of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs.
He assured the people of the state the commitment of his administration in ensuring peaceful coexistence,and urged the general public to go about their legitimate businesses peacefully.
