Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has congratulated the Muslim community on the Eid-ul-Adha festivities, saying the feast symbolises faith and total reliance on God.

In a statement governor, AbdulRazq
also felicitated with the pilgrims who gathered at Mount Arafah in Saudi Arabia which is a major pillar of their Hajj rites.

He prayed Allah to accept their pilgrimage and supplications, urging them to commit Nigeria to the hand of God.

AbdulRazq calls on transporters and everyone alike to drive safely, and avoid unhealthy practices that may jeopardise public safety .

He advised Muslim faithfuls to use the period to renew their faith in God and submission to Him.

AbdulRazq urged the residents of the state to join hands with government at all levels to keep the communal values of being one another’s brothers .
