Senator Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar, representing Zamfara West Senatorial District has donated 300 million naira to APC supporters in Zamfara for Eid-elkabir celebration.
Yari announced this at his Talata Mafara Residence during a meeting with APC stakeholders in the state.
Senator Yari Abubakar informed the beneficiaries that, the gesture was aimed at easing their hardship, and to enable some to purchase Rams for Sallah sacrifice.
He assured continue support to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and APC as a party to move the nation forward and to fulfil their campaign promises.
“I have contested for the position of the Senate President but Almighty Allah make it to my opponent but that’s enforcement ofthe democratic process in the race”Yari explains.
He urged the party supporters and loyalists to always remain calm, Patience and law abiding citizens as well as to avoid any thing that would bring breach of peace in Zamfara and the country in general.
Senator Yari also extended his condolence to the Families and People of Zamfara State over the death of former The State Secretary to the State Government professor Abdullahi Shinkafi.
In a remark, the Zamfara State APC Chairman, Alhaji Tukur Danfulani appreciated the gesture, and promised to extend it to the deserving members, and assured their supports to the APC leaders.
He added that, the gesture come few days after the Senator distributed 400 Rams, 1000 cows to the supporters and 500 Rams to his neighbours in Talata.
