Jigawa State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps NSCDC has decorated 40 officers who were recently promoted to various ranks in the 2022 Senior Officers promotion exercise. 

In a statement made available to Radio Nigeria in Dutse Public Relations Officer of the command CSC Adamu Shehu said, those decorated include 2 Assistant Commandants to Deputy Commandants, 6 Deputy Superintendents of Corps to Superintendents of Corps and 3 Assistant Superintendents of Corps 1 to Deputy Superintendent of Corps.

Others are 11 Assistant Superintendent of Corps II to Assistant Superintendent of Corps 1 and 18 Inspectors of Corps  to Assistant Superintendents of Corps II.

While congratulating the newly decorated officers, the State Commandant, Musa Alhaji Malah charged them to double their efforts towards discharging their duties in order to reciprocate the gesture meted on them. 

Mala also commended the Commandant General of the Corps, Ahmed Abubakar Audi for his commitment and determination in improving personnel welfare as part of his mission towards a better NSCDC that will stand the test of time. 

Speaking on behalf of the newly decorated officers, the Head of Finance, Shehu Usman Bakari assured the State Commandant their resolved and willingness to give their best in their respective places of assignments.

He added that, they will protect the interest of the corps wherever they find themselves.
