Ram Sellers Lament Over Low Patronage

With about a week to Eid-il-adha celebration, ram sellers have complained about low patronage.

Our correspondent in Zaria reports that prices of rams and demand this year is low compared to last year

In an interview, the Sarkin Dulalai of Tudun sebu ram market in Soba local government area of Kaduna state, Alhaji Sule Muhammad explained that this year’s ram market is different from last year.

Alhaji Sule muhammad said customers want to buy rams but they complained that availability of funds was the major challenge.

He explained that the prices of Ram was from thirty five thousand naira above.

Speaking on the challenges facing the animal market he called on Kaduna state government and Soba local government area to come to their aid by constructing shops and basic social amenities in the market.

A ram dealer malam kabiru and Seller umaru danmalan soba while speaking to radio Nigeria explained that this year, ram market is quite different with last year despite the low prices of the Rams .
