The labour Party has won the National Assembly Elections in Kaura Local Government area of Kaduna State

Declaring the winner for the House of Representatives result at the local government secretariat, the retuning officer Professor Elijah Eli said Mr. Mathew Donatus scored the highest vote of ten thousand and fifty eight.

The winner Matthew Donatus won against the incumbent minority whip of the house of representatives member Gideon Goni with a difference of 211 votes.

Mathew Donatus ascribed the winning as the will of God while assuring his electorates of an open door policy for the development of the entire local government.
