The Federal Road Safety Corps in Kaduna has restated its resolve to sustain and improved on the successes recorded in 2022.

This was made known by Zubariu Mato who took over as the new Sector Commander in Kaduna.

The new Sector Commander who was redeployed to Kaduna from Kano state said the Corps would remain resolute in the task of averting road crashes in the State.

He said the Corps would increase the number of personnel on the Abuja-Kaduna-Kano expressway that is still under construction to check the activities of the motoring public.

The new Sector Commander further cautioned transport unions and the general motoring public against acts capable of causing road crashes.

Earlier in a farewell address, the out going Corps Commander, Garba Lawal said his successor would improve on his achievements in order to achieve an accident free society.

Garba Lawal enjoined staff of the Corps to support the new commander and redouble their effort in discharging their duties.
