Governor Badaru Abubakar and Mallam Umar Namad

Governor Badaru Abubakar of Jigawa State has expressed the confidence that at the forthcoming 2023 elections Umar Namadi and Bola Ahmad Tinubu will be declared winners before 12 noon.

He stated this during the inauguration of the campaign council and commissioning of the state APC secretariat in Dutse, the state capital.

Alhaji Badaru Abubakar who is the State chairman of the campaign council assured to devote his time going around the nooks and crannies of Jigawa campaigning for Umar Namadi as the State APC governorship flag bearer in 2023.

He described the Gubernatorial candidate, as a hardworking personality who can uplift the people of the state to the next level.

Badaru said the party had done almost everything in the state and the country in terms of improving the Social and economic lives of the people.

According to him, the present administration’s policies and programmes under the leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari impacted positively to both people in rural and urban especially women and youth in Nigeria.

In a speech, the Director General Campaign of the council, Alhaji Lawan Ya’u Roni charged members to devote their time and responsibilities during campaign rallies towards winning the 2023 general election at all levels.

Radio Nigeria reports that the council is to take the responsibility for both the presidential and gubernatorial campaigns for the election.
