The Kano state pilgrims welfare Board says it has concluded all the necessary arrangements for the refund of hajj fares to those intending pilgrims who were not about to perform the last Hajj exercises.

The executive Secretary of the Board Alhaji Mohammad Abba Danbatta Disclosed this during a media briefing held in kano.

He said the problems encountered during the last Hajj Exercise was highly regretted and the board was working assiduously in ensuring that all those that missed the Hajj Operations were being refunded Accordingly.

The executive secretary maintained that all the necessary arrangement for the commencement of the payment has been concluded and soon details of the how the refund of the fund would be conducted will be made available to the intending pilgrims.

Alhaji Mohammad Abba Danbatta explained that in an effort to enhance the activities of Hajj operations in the country, a delegation from Nigeria had paid a working visit to Malaysia with aim of strengthening Bilateral relations in terms of Hajj operations.

The executive secretary who was among the entourage that visited Malaysia said issues of paramount importance were discussed between delegations of the two countries , stressing that much success will be achieved in the subsequent years.

He noted that compilation of this year’s Hajj report was soon be completed for onward submission to governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.

Mohammad Abba Danbatta added that the National Hajj Commission had promised to strategize and implore all the necessary avenues , geared towards ensuring all the challenges affecting the successful conduct of Hajj Operations were being curtailed.
