Governor Badaru Abubakar of Jigawa state has sent a condolence message to the state former Head of Civil Service Alhaji Mustapha Aminu Dutse, Wanbam Dutse over the death of his son Dr. Bilal Mustapha Amin.
In a statement by the Special Adviser to Governor Badaru Abubakar on Media and Public Relations Alhaji Habibu Nuhu Kila describes the death of Dr Bilal as a great loss not only to his family but to the entire Muslim Ummah.
Abubakar Badaru, therefore, prays to Allah to grant him eternal rest and the family the fortitude to bear the loss.
