Teachers Receive Digital Literacy For Mathematics, English Language In Jigawa

Jigawa Government has constructed additional new schools across the state.

The State Deputy Governor, Mallam Umar Namadi stated this while opening a three day capacity building training on basic computer literacy for mathematics and english language teachers in Dutse, the state capital

Umar Namadi represented by the Head of the Service, Alhaji Hussaini Ali Kila explained that the state government was doing everything possible to uplift the standard of education across the state

In a speech, the Director General National Information Technology Development Agency NITDA, Mallam Kashifu Inuwa said the training was aimed at enhancing the teacher’s talent to achieve the desired objectives.

Also speaking, the Commissioner of Education Dr Lawan Yunusa Danzomo represented by the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry, Hajiya Safiya Muhammad commended the efforts of the Youth and Civil Society Coalition for the Development YCSCD in organising the training.

Earlier ln a speech, the President of the Association, Comrade Aminu Aminu said  the training was organised in conjunction with the National Information Technology Development Agency NITDA to promote the teaching profession in the state,
