Executive Members of Private School Proprietors Association

The Zamfara State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, has urged private school owners to set up a security consciousness and awarenesses committees in to avert any breach of security.

The State Commandant of the Corps, Mr Asthanious Sparks stated this while receiving the executive members of National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools, Zamfara State chapter at the Command Headquarters, Gusau.

Mr Asthanious Sparks advised them to always form muster points in their schools in order to assist the students in the case of any emergency , adding that the Command has already stationed Rapid Response Squads in all parts of the state and ready for distress calls.

Speaking earlier, the leadership of the National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools Zamfara chapter led by Dr. Abdullahi Tukur thanked the Corps for the professional support given by the Command.

He opined that, the new executive of the Association deemed it necessary to interface with the management of the Corps in the state due to the fact that the Corps has been very supportive to the Association.

He also expressed delight in the warm welcome and acceptance accorded to them by the Commandant and his team during the visit and solicited for mutual cooperation from the Corps in the area of security.

The state Commandant however, assured the Association of the Corps’ unalloyed cooperation and support whenever the need arises.
