President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the immediate re-deployment of Mohammed Abdullahi as the new Minister of Environment with effect from April 6, 2022.

This was confirmed by a statement signed by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha.

Until his appointment, Mohammed Abdullahi was the Minister of State for Science, Technology and Innovation.
