Industrial Training Fund has trained one hundred youths in catering and event management, plumbing and pipe fittings in Kaduna state.

The Director General of the Fund, Sir Joseph Ari stated this during the graduation and closing ceremony of the last National Industrial Skills Development Programme held at Arewa House.

He explained that the training lasted for three months and each of the graduant would go home with a start-up kits in order to become self-reliant.

In his welcome address, the Area Manager Industrial Training Fund Kaduna Area Office,, Engineer Usman Ibrahim Gano explained that over one thousand youths were empowered with entrepreneurship skills and start up packs in Kaduna state.

He appealed to the graduants to utilise positively their skills and contribute their quota to the development of the state and the country in general.
